Food of the Past
I’ve been meaning to put a food post up, but the time seems to go by so fast – and I’m constantly behind. But to get something up I’m just gonna post some pictures of food I’ve cooked. There’s not a whole lot, cos I have a tendency to forget to take pictures. You know how it is – the food is ready, and you suddenly seem to get even more hungry. Coconut Chicken Bites with Apricot Dipping Sauce served with Cole-Slaw

Orange Cake

Curry-scented couscous with chicken, toasted coconut and pineapple, fresh chili and cucumber

Mushroom-Ham-Muffins

Apple Cake

Chicken & Mushroom Pie...and it's got beer in it.

Sweet & Sour Meat Balls

Lasagna with butternut squash from Jamie's Dinners

Cherry Cake in disguise as a chocolate cake
